PARAPET™ SA grade overcomes the increase in adhesion that occurs when acrylic resins are made flexible, without the use of plasticizers. There is no concern about containing phthalate esters, which are subject to regulations, and there is no concern about degradation such as plasticizer migration or bleeding.
Shape Reproducibility (Profile Extrusion)
PARAPET™ SA grade flows similar to plug flow during deformed extrusion, enabling profile extrusion of complex cross-sectional shapes.
Adhesion to Polar Resins
PARAPET™ SA grade has excellent adhesion to polar resins such as ABS and ASA, and can be composited with other resins through two-color molding, insert molding, and co-extrusion molding.
